Memory of a study trip A meeting at Kikori-ya
いよいよ今日が最終日４日目です。
記念に畑に蕎麦を蒔きました。この蕎麦は１１月に再び訪れた時に、研修員の皆さんと「そばがき」をして食べる予定です。
阿武町のうそんセンターでは
１，今回の研修で学んだこと ２，１１月の研修で何を見たい？ 学びたい？
この二つを中心に意見交換がされ、次回１１月に向けて熱い想いを語って頂きました。

と言いながらもなかなか手つきは慣れたものです。

But he himself is doing it quite well.
みんなで変わりながらクワを使うもの、種を蒔くものと、全員で頑張りました。
Some used hoe one after another and some sowed seeds. All worked together.
「どうだい、クワの使い方はおれが一番うまいだろう。」
Look at me! I use the hoe best!
みんなで記念の看板を立てることにしました。
一人ひとりの名前を入れた看板は、収穫までここに立てて、訪れた方に皆さんのことを語ります。
We decided to put up a signboard.
The signboard with each name of the participants will stand here till harvest. I will explain this to the visitors.
振り返りは、２分科会に分かれて熱心に議論されました。In the reflection time, we were divided into two groups and had heated discussion
